Builds for Sivir
Abilities
When Sivir hits an enemy champion with her basic attacks or abilities, she gains 50 Movement Speed for 2 seconds.
Sivir hurls her crossblade like a boomerang, which deals 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 magic damage to the first unit and 20% reduced damage to each subsequent target down to a minimum of 40%. (+100% bonus AD, +75% AP)
Sivir's basic attack will bounce to 1 / 2 / 3 / 4 / 5 additional targets, dealing 22% less damage with each bounce.
Sivir creates a spell shield for 3 seconds that blocks the next incoming enemy ability. If an ability is blocked by the shield, Sivir regains 150 Mana.
Sivir's battle prowess emanates for 15 seconds, increasing her Attack Speed by 25 / 45 / 65% and Movement Speed by 25%. Nearby allies gain 50% of Sivir's benefits for the duration.
How Sivir plays
Editorial Reading of the kit above, not a sourced claim - the numbers inside it were checked against the client before publishing.
Fast wave clear and a hard counter to spell-heavy champions, that's Sivir's whole game. Spell Shield blocks the next enemy ability outright and refunds a large chunk of mana if it actually blocks something, which turns matchups against skillshot-reliant mages completely on their head. Boomerang Blade hits everything in its path there and back, excellent for clearing a wave in seconds or hitting several grouped enemies with one throw. Ricochet lets her basic attacks bounce to extra targets, which stacks with Boomerang Blade to make her push a lane faster than almost anyone else this early. Fleet of Foot rewards landing hits with a burst of movement speed, helping her kite in a straight fight. On the Hunt is a team-wide attack and movement speed buff that turns a won fight into a decisive one, letting her whole team chase down a scattered enemy team. She has very little single-target burst compared to other marksmen, so she leans on utility and wave control instead.
Counters & matchups
Spell Shield blanks the point-and-click engage that decides Season 3 fights; 425 range loses every marksman duel.
"In lane" means both champions are played in the same role in Classic; "across the map" represents cross-lane dynamics (e.g. jungler ganks, roaming supports). All matchups evaluated strictly within the 63 Classic launch champions.
