Singed's job in a fight is usually to make sure the wrong person dies, and Fling is how he does it. Grabbing a diver off his backline and throwing them over his shoulder, straight into his own team or a turret, has ended more overextensions than almost any other single spell in the game. Poison Trail is a toggled damage over time that costs very little mana, ideal for just running through a wave or a chasing enemy and letting the damage add up on its own. Mega Adhesive drops a slow zone that sticks around even after leaving it, useful for splitting a chase or denying an area outright. Empowered Bulwark quietly scales his max health off how much mana he has, which makes stacking mana items a legitimate way to build him tankier. Insanity Potion is a big all-around stat buff that turns him into a genuine threat for its duration rather than just an annoyance to kite around. He's built to be chased in circles, not to stand and trade evenly.
