How Fiddlesticks plays

Fiddlesticks wins with fear, literally and mechanically. Terrify sends a single target running in a random direction for a few seconds, which is more than enough time to either finish them off or slip away depending on who's afraid. Drain is a channel that both damages and heals him for a big chunk of what it deals, making him surprisingly hard to just outlast in a straight fight if he gets it started safely. Dark Wind bounces a silence between targets, useful for shutting down whoever's trying to peel or escape. None of that compares to Crowstorm, though, a channel-then-teleport ultimate that drops him directly on top of an unsuspecting lane and starts dealing damage the instant he arrives. A well timed Crowstorm from the jungle can end a lane before the laners even see him coming. Dread quietly shreds magic resist just by being near him, so his teammates' spells hit harder too.
