Lulu is chaos in a small package, and Whimsy is the reason why. Cast on an ally it's a straightforward speed and ability power buff, but cast on an enemy it polymorphs them, stripping their ability to attack or cast spells entirely for a few seconds. That single spell can turn a losing fight around by itself. Glitterlance fires alongside her companion Pix for a double-hit slow, and Help, Pix! either shields and follows an ally or pokes and reveals an enemy depending on who she targets. Pix's passive barrage adds free extra damage to every attack she makes, which makes her surprisingly threatening even without spending mana. Wild Growth caps it off, enlarging an ally with bonus health while knocking up everything around them, a fight-winning engage or a life-saving peel depending on when it's used. Her kit rewards reading the fight and picking the right target for each spell rather than just spamming damage.
